Laura Arpin
Head Coach
Laura first became involved with the Red Lake Mat Cats recreational program in 1987. Since 1990, she has held a number of positions on the board, ranging from President to Treasurer to Meet Director. Laura has over 32 years of coaching experience. Since she began in 1992, Laura has coached everything from junior parkour to recreational and competitive gymnastics. Laura is recognized as a learning facilitator by Gymnastics Canada for the Gymnastics Foundations, Artistic and Theory courses.
Laura’s training includes:
- Level 2 Women’s Gymnastics
- Level 2 Men’s Gymnastics
Level 2 Trampoline
Level 3 Theory
In 2022/23 Laura is coaching Bumblebees, Kippers, Senior Gym, Lizards and Dragons add Fireflies, Flamingos, and TRex .
