We offer a fun and safe environment for gymnasts to learn, develop and practice their skills. We have a pre-competitive and competitive program. We follow the Junior Olympic Competitive Program.

Red Lake Mat Cats is dedicated to:

• Fostering the development of gymnastics skills in an atmosphere of enjoyment and self-fulfillment.
• Providing appropriate coaching, facilities, and equipment for both the Competitive and the Recreational programs.
• Promoting good sportsmanship, leadership, and healthy team competition in meets sanctioned by the club or by Gymnastics Ontario.
• Supporting coaches, judges, and other officers in advancing and obtaining technical training.
• Ensuring a safe environment for gymnasts at all times.
